The Texas REALTORS® has proposed four new commercial forms:

Commercial Contract Condominium Addendum (Incomplete Construction) (1946)
Commercial Request for Evaluation Materials and Confidentiality Agreement (1947)
Commercial Lease Notice of Tenant’s Breach of Lease (2123)
Commercial Sublease Guaranty (2124)

View the forms and comment on them. The deadline for comments is Feb. 15.

The Texas REALTORS® has proposed revisions to 15 commercial forms:

Commercial Contract – Improved Property (1801)
Commercial Contract – Unimproved Property (1802)
Commercial Letter of Intent to Purchase (1803)
Commercial Contract Amendment (1932)
Commercial Contract Special Provisions Addendum (1940)
Commercial Lease (2101)
Commercial Lease Addendum for Expense Reimbursement (2103)
Commercial Lease Addendum for Extension of Term (2104)
Commercial Leasehold Construction Addendum – Landlord to Complete Construction (2111)
Commercial Leasehold Construction Addendum –Tenant to Complete Construction (2112)
Commercial Lease Amendment (2114)
Commercial Sublease (2116)
Commercial Lease Application (2120)
Commercial Letter of Intent to Lease (2122)
